Composition

1 — The Management Board is composed of the President of IPT, who chairs, one Vice?President designated by the President, the Administrator of IPT, and one or two additional members, freely chosen, appointed and dismissed by the President of IPT from among the teaching or non?teaching staff, with knowledge and experience in management.

2 — The term of office of the members of the Management Board coincides with that of the President who appointed them and shall end upon the expiry of the President’s term.

3 — The directors of the academic units, the heads of the institution’s services, and representatives of the students and of the non?teaching and non?research staff may be invited to participate, without voting rights, in meetings of the Management Board.

4 — The Management Board meets regularly once a month, unless it determines a shorter interval, and shall meet extraordinarily whenever convened by the President of IPT.
