Actividades

1 — The Management Board is responsible for the administrative, asset and financial management of the institution, as well as for the management of its human resources, and shall be subject to the legislation in force governing public bodies with administrative autonomy.
The Management Board is also responsible for setting fees and charges and, after consulting the Academic Council, for approving the regulations governing the provision of outreach and extension services or any alterations thereto.
3 – The Management Board may delegate, with the possibility of subdelegation, to the directors of organisational units or service directors the duties and powers deemed necessary to a more effective management.
