Welcome to the Quick Access page for Students. The purpose of this page is to provide the most useful links for your academic activities at this Institute.

If you need user support, you can send an email to helpdesk or use the UPT Tickets system. Any IT support can also be obtained directly from a staff member at the Centre for Information Technology and Systems on the following days and times: Tomar Campus – Building A – Room A203 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.); Abrantes Campus – Central Building – Office 7 (Thursday and Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.).

Please be advised that all information regarding enrolment and registration at IPT, on both campuses (Tomar and Abrantes), for all students (new students admitted for the first time to the 1st year and all other students) is now available under Enrolments and Registrations.

UPT Student Card	As of the 2026/2027 academic year, the procedure for issuing the UPT Student/Identification Card will change. All information regarding the issuance of this card will be made available in September 2026. If you wish to use the cafeteria and vending machines at UPT schools while the new card is not yet available, you must request a Temporary Card. The request for a Temporary Card must be submitted to the Student Welfare Services of the Tomar and Abrantes campuses.
Timetables/Academic Calendars	The timetables for courses offered at the Polytechnic University of Tomar (UPT) are available on the webpage of each course.

Printing/Scanning Abrantes; Tomar (Desktop computer, laptop).	The UPT provides students with a prepaid printing system, featuring colour laser printers located in Tomar (CDA) and Abrantes (ESTA Hall). You can check your print balance at http://193.137.5.16/PrintAnyWay/LoginPage Printing cost: Black and white A4 (€0.03), A3 (€0.06); Colour A4 (€0.15) and A3 (€0.30).
