2. Types and Solutions of Finishes and Cladding Systems
2.1. External Building Walls
- Renders, ETICS, ceramic cladding, natural stone, ventilated façades, metal cladding, composite materials, and sandwich panels.
2.2. Internal Building Walls
- Renders, finishes, plasterboard systems, and suspended ceilings.
2.3. Flat Roofs
- Traditional, inverted, and green roofs.
2.4. Pitched Roofs
- Types, coverings, thermal insulation, and waterproofing.
2.5. Flooring
- Internal, external, and special-purpose flooring systems.
3. Glazed Façades
- Types, installation, and fixing systems.
4. Sanitary Facilities
- Finishes, waterproofing, and equipment.
5. Kitchens
- Finishes, equipment, and technical interfaces.
6. External Works
- Paving, drainage, and external elements.
7. Equipment and Building Services
- HVAC and water heating systems.
8. New Construction Processes and Techniques
- Industrialised construction and prefabrication.
- Modular construction.
- BIM and digital technologies applied to construction processes.
Evaluation Methodology
Continuous assessment and examination:
Written assessment (Av, test) and a work (T)
Weighting for final grade (NF): NF=(3Av+T)/4
The student is exempt from the exam if the value of the invoice is equal to or greater than 9.5 val. (0-20 val.)
