Objectives
- Understand the key concepts of Organizational Behavior and the interaction between individuals, groups, and organizations;
- Analyze the influence of behavioral variables on attitudes and behaviors in the workplace;
- Apply concepts and models of Organizational Behavior to the analysis of organizational situations and decision-making in Human Resource Management.

Chapter V - Job satisfaction

Evaluation Methodology
Periodic Assessment:
- written test (40%)
- group project (60%), with the results presented in the form of a scientific poster.

Students whose average grade is equal to or greater than 10 points are approved and exempted from the exam.

Final Assessment:
- written exam (100%), during the periods specified in the academic calendar.
