Prerequisites

Objectives
-Understand the foundations of happiness and well-being in the organizational context.

-Identify practices that promote healthy, inclusive, and motivating work environments.

-Relate well-being strategies to the pillars of ESG: Environmental, Social, and Governance.

-Develop the skills required to implement organizational happiness and well-being programmes.

-Assess the impact of these practices on performance, talent retention, and corporate sustainability.

Program
Module 1: Foundations of Organisational Happiness**

Concepts of happiness, well-being, and positive psychology

The impact of happiness on organisational performance

Module 2: Organisational Culture and Climate

Values, purpose, and meaning at work

Creating psychologically safe working environments

Module 3: ESG and Well-being: A Strategic Framework

Introduction to ESG: concepts and application within organisations

Integrating ESG principles into organisational well-being policies

Module 4: Positive Leadership and Emotional Intelligence

Leadership styles focused on employee well-being

Social and emotional competencies in the workplace

Module 5: Organisational Well-being Strategies and Practices

Mental health, work-life balance, and employee engagement programmes

Measuring well-being and assessing impact indicators

Module 6: Final Applied Project

Development of a strategic organisational happiness and well-being plan aligned with ESG principles

Presentation and discussion in a collaborative environment

Evaluation Methodology
Students must attend at least 90% of the sessions to successfully complete and validate the micro-credential.

Assessment criteria:

30%: Participation in learning activities

70%: Completion of assessed assignments
