The master’s program aims to develop competencies in digital technologies, enabling teachers and trainers to apply these resources in innovative teaching experiences. It seeks to provide these professionals with an enriching experience, preparing them to integrate emerging technologies into educational contexts and to apply active methodologies, which are essential for the development of STEAM educational projects. This professional master’s degree plays a strategic role in the digital transition in education, contributing to addressing weaknesses in the field of digital technologies and creating favourable conditions for pedagogical innovation. The program also aims to support teachers and trainers in integrating digital educational resources into teaching and learning processes, fostering more dynamic and effective practices. It is also intended that participants acquire skills that allow them to implement STEAM projects in a solid way, integrating into their practice the technologies recently acquired by their institutions. As a professional master’s degree, it has a duration of one academic year, organised into four trimesters, corresponding to a total of 60 ECTS. It includes an annual project worth 30 ECTS, representing 50% of the total workload of the study cycle, thus ensuring a strong practical and applied component.

Objectives

Additionally, the goal is for educators to acquire the skills necessary to implement STEAM projects, leveraging the technologies recently acquired by their respective institutions.
Info to candidates
Target Applicants
Graduates or holders of an equivalent legal qualification, national or international, with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the field of Education, namely:
Holders of a bachelor’s degree or a legally equivalent qualification;
Holders of a foreign higher education degree recognized by the Technical-Scientific Council as meeting the objectives of a bachelor’s degree;
Individuals with an academic, scientific, or professional curriculum recognized by the Technical-Scientific Council as demonstrating the capacity to undertake this study cycle.
In all cases, a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the field of Education is required.
