Objectives
MODULES: GYM AND FITNESS ACTIVITIES (AGF); CANOEING (CG); JUDO (JD); ROLLER HOCKEY (HP)
AGF: 1. Learn about the Health & Fitness area, activities, main concepts and socio-professional context; 2. Introduction to teaching in group classes and exercise rooms.
CG: 1. Learn about the federative structure of Canoeing in Portugal, the specialities and respective regulations; the characteristics of the different contexts in which Canoeing activities are practised; the types of boats, equipment and accessories; 2. Learn and master the basic techniques of propulsion, steering and rebalancing in the specialities of flat water and white-water canoeing; 3. Know how to analyse practice locations and inventory the respective dangers.
JD: 1. Know the sport of Judo, its activities, main concepts and socio-professional context; 2. Begin teaching introductory classes and competition training practices; 3. Know the rules and gestures of refereeing in the sport.
HP: 1. Characterise the sport, understand its organisation and historical context. 2. Beginners' skating and introduction to roller hockey in the components of Hockey Skating and Stick Handling.

Evaluation Methodology
In each module, student can choose between continuous assessment (CA) or a final exam (FEx). Continuous assessment: Students must attend at least 2/3 of each module in order to take the continuous assessment. Students in a special situation must fulfil the same assessment elements.
GFA: CA. - Practical test (50%; min. 10 v); 2 Assignments/tasks in class (25%+25%).
FEx - Theory test (25%; min. 10 v); Practical test (50%; min. 10 v); Oral test (25%; min. 10v).
GC: CA - Practical test (30%; min. 10 v); Technical skills (50%; min. 10 v); Attitudes (20%; min. 10 v).
FEx. - Theory exam (50%; min. 10 v); Practical exam (50%; min. 10 v)
JD: CA - Theory Test (40%); Practical Test (55%); Classwork (5%). Minimum mark of 10 for each parameter.
FEx. - Theory exam (50%; min. 10 v); Practical exam (50%; min. 10 v)
HP: CA - Pedagogical Practice (50%; min. 10 v); Classwork (25%; min. 10 v); Content Presentation (25%; min. 10 v).
FEx - Theory Test (25%; min. 10 v); Practical Test (50%; min. 10 v); Oral Test (25%; min. 10v).

Final classification UC = (AGF + CG + JD + HP) / 4
