Objectives
          This UC aims to guide and accompany students in the development of project work in HRM. In this way, it seeks to transmit and consolidate a set of knowledge and skills by conducting research or intervention projects in the scientific areas of the master's degree.
Program
          In the internship component the UC focuses on the following contents: 1) Search for internship; 2) Relationship with colleagues and superiors in the world of work; 3) Activities to be developed at the internship location as a specialist in Human Resource Management; 4) Theoretical framework and critical analysis of the activities carried out.
Evaluation Methodology
          The project work must be presented and defended before a board of examiners who will evaluate the project report and the technical component as according to ESGT-IPT regulations.

Teaching Method
          The teaching methodology will be focused on tutorial sessions that will allow theoretical and practical reflection about each student's individual research/work progress.
