Objectives
The curricular unit is composed of 9 topics that cover the main aspects of the execution of the work and the management of resources, which will allow students to acquire knowledge and mastery of:
- the procedures for the execution of the specialties according to the typology of the construction;
- the execution of specialty works (structures, water supply and sanitation networks, thermal, acoustic, etc.);
- the management, control and productivity of the execution of a work;
- the quality control of construction processes;
- the safety of the construction site and the work.

Evaluation Methodology
Assessment involves the following components: progress report and interim presentation (20%); project dossier and final report (40%); presentation, demonstration and final discussion (40%).
The interim presentation must demonstrate the work developed up to that date and be based on a poster. The final assessment of the project is done through a public exam that includes presentation and discussion of the report and presentation.
Assessment of this module is the subject of specific regulations.

Teaching Method
Project execution and analysis of the specialties of a current construction, simulating professional activity in a real or simulated context. Teachers and/or students may propose work topics framed within the objectives of the course unit.
