Objectives
The course unit is composed of 6 topics that cover the main aspects of initial project preparation and production resource management, enabling students to acquire knowledge and mastery of:
- procedures for the initial preparation of a project;
- production resource management and the planning, organization, and management of the construction site.

Evaluation Methodology
Assessment involves the following components: progress report and interim presentation (20%); project dossier and final report (40%); presentation, demonstration and final discussion (40%).
The interim presentation must demonstrate the work developed up to that date and be based on a poster. The final assessment of the project is done through a public exam that includes presentation and discussion of the report and presentation.
Assessment of this module is the subject of specific regulations.

Project execution and analysis of the specific aspects of a typical construction project, simulating professional activity in a real or simulated context. Teachers and/or students may propose project topics aligned with the course objectives.
