Administrative Human Resources Management

Objectives

• Plan and operationalize the recruitment process and selection;
• Plan and make the process of acceptance and socialization of new employees;
• Run or guide the collection of data on attendance, processing and payment of wages;
• Complete documentation of legal obligations;
• Develop training plans and reports, applying the administrative procedures resulting from employment law;
• Implement processes involved in team management;
• Promote good interpersonal practices;
• Make the administrative process of assessing performance;
• Ensure the implementation of safety and health work;
• Structure and use the support of information systems
the management of human resources;
• Update the information of the individual processes contributors;
• Implement internal and external communication plans.

Integrate the structures of the human resources management of an organization, performing technical functions under:

• (a) Recruitment and Selection;
• (b) Description and Job Evaluation;
• (c) Career Development and Previsional Human Resources Management;
