Objectives
The students should be understand general administrative procedures, be familiar with the administrative principles and guarantees and with the establishment of contracts and the Public Procurement Code applied to healthcare.
Program
The key concepts of administrative procedures. The power theory and the administrative systems. Functions, duties, hierarchy and powers. The future public manager. Theories, critics, concepts and principles of the Administrative Code of Procedures. The Public Procurement (CCP).
