Objectives
The student should be able to apply the knowledge, skills, and attitudes acquired throughout the course in a work context (business environment), as well as prepare a written report of the work developed and give an oral presentation before a panel of evaluators.
Program
Work-Based Training (Internship):
(a) Definition of the host organization, the individual training plan, and the external mentor/supervisor (host organization). Definition of the IPT's internal mentor.
(b) Implementation of the individual training plan throughout the internship period.
Support for work developed at the host organization:
(a) Analysis of the work developed, clarification of doubts, reassessment of the adequacy of the work plan, and readjustment of the work proposals to be developed.
(b) Support in the preparation of the final internship report. Definition of the structure. Analysis of the material produced.
(c) Reflection on the work developed. Self-assessment.
Evaluation Methodology
For any evaluation period:
A1 - Evaluation of the trainee's performance during the internship by the host entity.
A2 - Evaluation of the final report through presentation, discussion, and defense.
Final Grade (CF):
CF = 0.5A1 + 0.5A2
The student will pass the course when the CF is equal to or greater than 10 points.

Teaching Method
Work-based training, through the performance of practical tasks in an entity external to IPT, under the supervision of a responsible person. Tutorial guidance provided by an IPT professor in the core area of ??the course.
