Objectives
The main objectives of this course are project planning and management (O1); formalization of Linear Programming problems (O2); introduction to classical optimization problems and adoption of strategies for their resolution (O3); analysis of the economic and financial feasibility of investment projects (O4).
The course aims to develop skills that enable students to apply a systemic approach to complex problems. This includes formulating problems, identifying suitable methodologies for their resolution, and implementing them. The course introduces students to basic concepts, models, and techniques for effective resource and activity planning and management, profit maximization, and cost minimization.
